Welcome & Disclaimer

Thanks for stopping by to my little corner of the internet!  At the end of January, I started a lifestyle change to be a healthier and happier woman.  This did not set out to be a weight loss journey, but it has been a very welcomed side benefit!  As of today, I am down 20 lbs.  More importantly, I feel great and have lots of energy.  Many people I know have asked me exactly what I have done to change my lifestyle and I am happy to share.  My disclaimer:  I am NOT a registered dietitian, medical professional, personal trainer, or have any formal training in diet and exercise.  I am an ordinary, hard working, single mom who wants to feel my best to keep up with all of the demands of daily life!  I am simply sharing with you what has worked for me!
